Allow your child the opportunity to learn step by step what martial arts are really about; independence, social skill development, facing challenges, and diversity in life!
Learn while having fun and blend the dynamics of Karate, Staff, Silent Fighter Dummy Training, light contact sparring, and Ground Defense Escape Skills!

The Kicks and Martial Arts Fitness program was developed by and is personally instructed by Master Instructor Kelly S. Worden.

2 days a week $69.00

Beginners- Monday and Wednesday 11:00 to 11:50 a.m. (minimum sign up 10 students)

Beginners- Monday and Wednesday 5:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.

3 days a week $99.00

Intermediate- Tuesday-Thursday-Friday 11:00 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. (minimum sign up 10 students)

Studies show that Fitness Kickboxing burns 800 to 900 calories per class, depending on the intensity of the person. Our program teaches you basic Kickboxing techniques, and how to generate the proper form and power to intensify your workout. Our class format consists of Dynamic and Practical Kickboxing Combo's, Free standing Heavy-bag workout, 2 person Focus Pad combination drills, plus abs, body sculpting exercises and more!
